The “ber” month has started and the “typhoon” season is in. Last week we had Ondoy and this weekend it’s Pepeng. Tragedies have been happening one after the other and in events like such, it is nice that there are acts of bravery, people saving other people, people helping. Times like these HELP are really needed. In my (our) little own way, we packed some goods to be donated to the folks that has been affected by Ondoy.
Hope this weekend; we could “survive” Pepeng. I was a bit panicky last Friday because of the news that Pepeng will be much much stronger than Ondoy was. A lot of people were panic buying in groceries and we had to leave office early so that we won’t get caught up with the heavy rain/wind (though I run a little late; I waited for my friend). 8pm was like 11 pm in Ayala and we did not have a hard time commuting.

Just got home from our muvee night and now eating congee [I got hungry on my way home]; and guess what… I watched Transformers again! Ahahah! I can’t get enough of it! Still wondering what happened to the toy car decepticon and the twins… hmmmm… [and elsie] I missed Josh!
Ahaha! Well, my day was so-so ahaha! Nothing spectacular happened but it was okay 
we had a surprise lunch party at Tokyo Tokyo for Dino (our Lead); not really a party though but we had a lunch out and we had a cake for him 
a belated birthday celebration [Oh Gosh! I’m still thinking about Megan! Waaahhh! She’s turning me into a lesbo!] *sigh* I need to fix my alarm, I’m uber late yet again this morning… hays…
Unexpected News: Michael Jackson died from cardiac arrest…

Thursday [March5] last week rumors regarding Robert Pattinson died because of heroin overdose surfaced. It was like my officemates were saying that “Edward’s dead!â€. Of course I did not believe that. Then the next day, another news came up regarding Francis Magalona’s death; so I was like, “yesterday it was Robert, now it’s Francis? Another hoax I guess.†But then when we searched the net, it was true. Francis M. died of leukemia, Friday, March 6. It was saddening, I’m not a super fan of his but you know, he has been an institution in music here in the Philippines, rap in particular, and you can’t help it but be affected. I mean hearing or knowing someone died is not good news to know.
